the location was convenient , near gion. the coffee shop served an oat latte , a rare find. the bathroom felt spacious and comfortable.
the hotel lobby smelled of cigarettes , likely due to parties. this was unpleasant , especially with no openable windows in the room.

breakfast required pre-ordering , with limited variety. guests had to choose between juice and coffee. there was a cafe offering a good range of drinks and light snacks , open throughout the day.

small counteruncleaned rooms
The breakfast included just one small course. the bathroom counter was really small too. what i disliked most was that the rooms weren't cleaned unless i talked to someone in the lobby. There wasn't a door sticker like at other hotels. also, there was some service where i had to take my own trash and towels outside. I found that unprofessional for a supposed 4-star hotel.
